Curtis Melillo

Curtis Melillo is a registered Florida state certified General Contractor with over 25 years in the building and construction industry. Originally from the North Shore of Long Island, Curtis relocated with his family to Vero Beach from Hawaii in 2006.  His career began with computer design and civil engineering where he was responsible for planning large development projects including subdivisions, golf courses, hotels and condominiums. In 2009 Curtis received his General Contractor License and formed Melillo Construction LLC.  

With over 15 years of experience working in Vero Beach, Curtis has established many relationships in the industry.  Curtis oversees all projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to his client’s exact specifications.
